- 5 tablespoons soy sauce (divided)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (divided)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (divided)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Vegetable oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the steak and vegetables by slicing them into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate the sliced steak in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
