  • 810 deveined shrimp (tails removed)

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat, cook the marinated steak for 1 minute per side; remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables in the same pan until tender (4–5 minutes).
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink (2–3 minutes).
  6. Return steak to the pan and add noodles along with the sauce; mix well until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
