  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (per bowl)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
