These delightful bite-sized treats are quick to make, requiring just four simple ingredients. Whether you’re hosting a game day party or a family gathering, these pinwheels will impress your guests with their irresistible flavors. In under 30 minutes, you can whip up a batch that everyone will love. Serve them warm with dipping sauces or as part of an appetizer spread, and watch them disappear!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly (about 10 minutes). Drain excess grease and cool.
  2. Lay out wax paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Unroll one package of crescent rolls, pinching perforations to form a seamless sheet.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese over the dough, leaving a border around edges.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cooked sausage and half of the cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll the dough into a tight log using wax paper for assistance. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill logs for at least 1 hour or until firm enough to slice.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unwrap logs and slice into 1/2-inch-thick pinwheels.
  8. Arrange on a baking sheet with space between each pinwheel and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
