  • 1012 drops red food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and white vinegar; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the flour along with the red food coloring until just combined.
  5. Incorporate half of the white chocolate chips into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
