- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 36 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz chopped pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with Italian seasoning and garlic powder until browned; drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, chopped pepperoni (reserve some for topping), diced green pepper, diced onion, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Add remaining mozzarella and reserved pepperoni on top; bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
