Ingredients
- 15 Oreos (for crust)
- 2 ½ tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Oreos (chopped for filling)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (for ganache)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream (for ganache, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and wrapping the outside with aluminum foil.
