  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Diced tomato
  • Sliced black olives
  • Green onions
  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry tortillas until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
