Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bow tie pasta
- 1 lb mild pork sausage
- 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
- Sliced pepperoni (to taste)
- 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage with diced onion, minced garlic, and oregano. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer as follows: spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom, then add 1/3 of the pasta, followed by sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sausage mixture. Repeat layers twice more.
- Finish with remaining pasta, sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sliced pepperoni on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
