- ¼ cup mayonnaise

- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
- ⅔ cup saltine cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and saltine cracker crumbs without breaking up the crab too much.
- Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to help maintain shape during baking.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Form six mounds of the crab mixture on the sheet without flattening them. Optionally brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until lightly browned on top.
