- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon oil (for frying)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat a large pot over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Sauté carrots, onion, and garlic for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
