- Low sodium chicken broth
- Cannellini beans
- Red kidney beans
- Diced tomatoes
- Tomato sauce

- Elbow macaroni or ditalini pasta
- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and break apart the sausage until browned (4–5 minutes).
- Add diced onion, carrots, celery, rosemary, thyme, and parsley; sauté for 6 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth along with beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and bay leaves; bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add pasta and simmer for 9–10 minutes until al dente.
- Remove bay leaves and stir in Parmesan cheese. Adjust consistency with more broth if needed; season to taste.
