- 1 box (16 oz) penne pasta

- 1 yellow onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Sauté ground beef with olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot until browned. Drain excess grease.
