  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar/honey, salt, and pepper in a jar. Refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss to mix.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until coated. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
