Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (6-8 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and whisk in the flour for about 2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually add beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened (3-4 minutes), then whisk in milk and spices until smooth.
