  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Olive oil for searing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken skin-side down until golden brown, then transfer to the crock pot skin-side up.
