  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt, pepper, fresh thyme

Instructions
