Ingredients
- 10 oz pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken, sliced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Asiago cheese, shredded
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, paprika, basil, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, and paprika; set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until slightly browned. Remove tomatoes but keep the oil.
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, whole milk, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir in mozzarella and Asiago until combined; bring to a light boil.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce; mix well and serve immediately.
