  • 10 oz pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken, sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, paprika, basil, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, and paprika; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until slightly browned. Remove tomatoes but keep the oil.
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  5. In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, whole milk, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir in mozzarella and Asiago until combined; bring to a light boil.
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce; mix well and serve immediately.
