Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, sour cream, and flour. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and cotton candy.
  3. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven for an hour with the door ajar.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and spread over cooled cheesecake; garnish with additional cotton candy before serving.
