- 4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cheddar soup
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
