  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can nacho cheese sauce
  • 10 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (5.6-ounce) package Knorr® Mexican rice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes until the beef is browned. Stir in garlic and green chilies; cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  3. Cook the Mexican rice per package instructions.
  4. Warm nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. Layer tortillas with beef mixture, nacho cheese sauce, rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla strips before wrapping them up tightly.
  6. Optionally grill burritos in a skillet until golden brown.
