- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus seasoning packet)
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and garlic. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in cheddar soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and one cup of shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Prepare biscuit topping by mixing biscuit mix, shredded cheese, and milk in a bowl until combined. Spread over the beef mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
