- 1 ½ lbs flank or skirt steak
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 12 small corn tortillas
- ½ cup diced white onion (or red onion for stronger flavor)
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
- Marinate the steak by mixing olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Place the steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or overnight).
